Our team of physicians and technologists offer advanced, compassionate care with years of experience providing a variety of services, including the following.

Diagnostic X-ray

X-rays or X-radiation is electromagnetic radiation and is most often used to examine skeletal problems.

Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI)

MRIs can help diagnose and assess many conditions, including abnormal growths, tears, aneurysms, degenerative disorders and sports- or work-related injuries or disorders.

Computed Tomography (CT Scan)

CT scans can help establish the presence and extent of disease in or damage to any of your organs, blood vessels and bones with greater clarity and detail than standard X-rays.

Ultrasound

Ultrasound is a simple, effective diagnostic tool that can help your physician diagnose and plan treatment for masses, inflammation, abscesses and other conditions.

Fluoroscopy

Fluoroscopy is a moving X-ray image that allows us to study the movement of body structures in many body systems, including the digestive, urinary and reproductive systems.

Mammography

Mammography is a non-invasive procedure that measures breast density and detects breast cancer in its early stages.

Bone Densitometry

Using X-rays or a special CT scan, bone densitometry measures the amount of calcium and other bone minerals in bone tissue to detect osteoporosis.

Nuclear Medicine

Nuclear medicine testing uses a small amount of radioactive material (given orally or by IV) and a special camera to produce images to help your physician evaluate organ function, assess bones affected by trauma or disease, or evaluate bodily fluids, such as blood and cerebrospinal fluid.

Other Outpatient Diagnostic Services

Baptist Crittenden also features a full-service, in-house laboratory for comprehensive diagnostic capabilities and cancer screenings. Baptist Cancer Center, which is adjacent to our imaging center and part of our network of integrated cancer centers, offers mammography and low-dose CT scans for lung cancer.
