Our Family Medicine Residency, a collaboration between Baptist Memorial Health Care and Church Health, is an urban program dedicated to creating outstanding family physicians who have a commitment to providing care to patients and families from all walks of life. We emphasize our responsibility to bring expertise, compassion, and a deep understanding of social determinants of health to engage patients, provide exceptional care, and ensure well-being for the underserved in our community.
