Advanced Heart Failure and Mechanical Circulatory Support (MCS) Program Cardiothoracic Surgeon
Dr. Garrett graduated from Vanderbilt University’s School of Medicine before completing both a general residency and cardiothoracic surgery residency at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis. Dr. Garrett returned to his hometown of Memphis to complete a peripheral vascular surgery residency at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center, where he is currently a professor of surgery and program director for the Division of Vascular Surgery.
Dr. Wolf is the Medical Director for the Baptist Heart & Vascular Institute representing the Cardiac Surgery Division. Dr. Wolf, MD graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Medicine and completed his internship, residency and fellowship there. He specializes in thoracic and cardiovascular surgeries. He joined Baptist Medical Group in 2015.
Dr. Carlo Rosati
Dr. Carlo Rosati is a board-certified surgeon at Baptist Medical Group-Cardiovascular & Thoracic Surgery who specializes in cardiothoracic surgery. Born and raised in Arezzo, Italy, Dr. Rosati graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pisa earning his bachelor’s degree and medical degree almost simultaneously. He moved to the United States to complete his residency and two fellowships. Dr. Rosati is fluent in English and Italian, and he joined Baptist Medical Group in 2022.
