Our free classes give parents an opportunity to not only learn, but to learn together. It’s a time to share, pick up new information or life skills and even have fun! While some classes are geared only for adults, many are designed to include your baby, toddler or child. Want to learn how to get connected?
Rattled Postpartum Depression Support Group
After a baby arrives, life can feel joyful, and also overwhelming. Feelings of anxiety, isolation and sadness can happen, leaving new moms in need for additional support. You are not alone. Baptist Memorial Hospital for Women and the Universal Parenting Place are partnering to offer continued support to help new moms. This free, weekly support group is open to all moms, regardless of where baby was born. All moms and children are welcome.

Toddler Time
Toddler Time is a time for parents and children to meet and greet, experience play and activities with their children, and discuss the joys and challenges of parenting toddlers in a safe and judgment- free environment. Parents and their children ages 12 months - 3 years of age are welcome.

Beautiful Bundles
Beautiful Bundles is a support group for new moms and babies. Bring your questions and concerns along with your new baby and get support and friendship from other new moms and staff.

Music for Aardvarks
Music for Aardvarks is an interactive music program for children six months to five years old and their parents/caregivers. The class features live guitar and storytelling singing, dancing, and instrumental play.

UPP Informational Class
Being a parent is a lifelong journey where feeling overwhelmed, stressed or even alone can happen at any stage of child rearing. At the Universal Parenting Place (UPP) parents have the chance to share their own parenting joys and challenges while finding much-needed support. Please join us for an informational session to learn more about the UPP. Registration is required.
